What is technology integration?

Seamless use of technology!!!! This is interpreted by different people in different ways. Help me please to define technology integration in a middle school science classroom, or a social studies classroom or in a kindergarten classroom. When you are responding to this blog, tell us the scenario of the grade level and the subject. In a technology empowered instructional environment, students and teachers will use technologies at the appropriate times, not once a semester, but not 100% of the instructional period. Do you agree?
